On November 5, 2025, the Seagull Solar Car team met at McKee High School to continue work on the front chassis assembly.

There, we tack welded some of the front chassis pipes together using magnetic alignment. Using magnetic alignment tools to ensure everything stayed square and properly positioned, the team carefully tack welded several of the front chassis pipes together. This precise work is essential for maintaining the structural integrity and geometry of our solar car’s frame. Tack welding allows us to hold the pieces in place and check the alignment before committing to full welds, ensuring everything fits together perfectly.

Every meeting brings us closer to having a fully functional, competition-ready solar car!
